1. Scope
- Applies to all registered and unregistered users of the web application.
- Enterprise agreements override these terms if agreed in writing.
2. Services
- Access to vacation planning, bridge-day calculation, and calendar exports.
- Availability target of 99% per month (excluding scheduled maintenance).
- Support level depends on the selected plan (Free, Pro, Enterprise).
3. User obligations
- Keep credentials confidential and report misuse.
- Process only your own data or data you are authorised to handle.
- Follow employer policies when using team features.
4. Fees & payment
- Pro and Enterprise plans billed in EUR plus VAT.
- Monthly or annual billing options available (see pricing page).
- Delays: reminder after 14 days, termination right in case of non-payment.
5. Liability
- Urlaub Smart is liable for intent and gross negligence.
- Limited liability for slight negligence, restricted to foreseeable damages.
- No liability for third-party outages or force majeure.
6. Term & termination
- Free accounts can be terminated at any time.
- Pro plans: 14-day notice before the end of term.
- Enterprise: subject to individual agreement.
7. Changes
- Changes become effective 30 days after notification.
- Material changes grant a special termination right.
